Carnes Jacinto

Our mature meats are all from Carnes Jacinto, a family with extensive experience in the market of mature meats in Portugal. Long time partners, they travel the country from end to end looking for the best animals of Portuguese autochthon breeds, providing customers with the highest level of meat quality that can be found in Portugal.

Hortelão do Oeste

We pride ourselves on serving the best vegetables of the time and biological culture, from the Hortelão do Oeste, a farm in Runa, municipality of Torres Vedras. A sustainable and seasonal horticulture project that Rui Neiva Correia developed along with his four children. All production is done through ancestral methods of pest control and pollination, such as glue strips or companion plants.

Granja dos moinhos

It is in the small village of Maçussa, in Azambuja, that French chèvre cheese is produced artisanal in Portugal. On the hill of Maçussa and surrounding valleys, the goats that provide the generous milk for this unique cheese of soft paste are strolled. In the Granja dos Moinhos dairy, owned by the sociologist Adolfo Henriques, the nature cycle is respected and the production is totally artisanal.
