In Ribatejo, where open plains meet a long-established winemaking tradition, Quinta Vale de Fornos crafts wines of character and clear gastronomic intent. From Reserva Branco through Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, culminating in a 1982 fortified wine, the progression unfolds with structure, depth, and poise.
At Erva, our Wine Dinner follows this rhythm across five courses, offering an intimate and unhurried experience for those who appreciate refinement, presence and the quiet pleasure of discovery.
